    New VRU vrs Clink theory

Different people have different thoughts, my thoughts are different than yours. how do you know most people will find my comments insulting? Did you ask most people? I don't have to read my lips, I know what I wrote. Don't bash me because you don't like what I write. No one is making you...

    New VRU vrs Clink theory

Duh! That was my intended point. I just used different words. I don't depend on the council and we run our business the way we want. I just like to blast the council once in a while for the fun of it. We are very happy with our carrier, that is why we have been with them for nine years...

    New VRU vrs Clink theory

There you go again Greg, I asked you not to get me started about the pompous &sses and self serving nit-wits on the council who have their heads so far up the carriers butts that their toes are brown. But no, I'm not going to start renting about these yes men/women on the driver council. Its...

    New VRU vrs Clink theory

Don't get me started on that company hand picked, suck-up members of the drivers council, who spew nothing but company rhetoric. How can a drivers council be a drivers council if they are not picked by the drivers to represent them? But then again they say thay don't really represent us per say...

Comments on Ford 5.4L gas engine and 5spd combo?

I believe he is talking about the 5 speed auto tranny as opposed to the 6 speed auto.

Comments on Ford 5.4L gas engine and 5spd combo?

I would spend the extra $6k for the diesel with the 6 speed tranny. Don't think the 5.4L gas will hold up for OTR use. I have the 5.4L with the 5 speed in my F 150 and get around 17mpg highway empty. it's a nice engine, runs well but wouldn't want it for commercial use, especially OTR.

Liberals murder four California law enforcement officers

You are absolutely 100% correct. Criminals do not ply by the rules, they will aways have guns. You can ban every gun ever made, prohibit every person from owning a gun, and criminals will still have them. Gun bans only work in favor of the criminals. Disarm the law abiding citizens and you diarm...

    speedco or other service centers

As long as warranty is not an issue then it might be a good thing. Personally I don't know if I would want to go that long without an oil change. I would have to look at the PSO1's warranty and garranty to see if they stand behind their product incase of engine failure. What companies money...

Liberals murder four California law enforcement officers

To put things very simply, as said many time before, and done in other countries, like Alustraila, the UK and Canada. If you take the guns away from the honest law abiding gun owners the only ones left with guns are the bad guys such as the gangs and gansters. They don't play by the rules and...

    Best Expediter Truck

We love our Wester Star. Plenty of room in the cab. We have the stock 82" Ultra High sleeper and it works great for us. We also have the MBE 4000 series engine with the Eaton Ultra shift tranny. Over 200K miles and no complaints.

If your truck engine is still in warranty wouldn't you have to stick to the manufacturers oil and filter change guide lines to keep the engine in warranty. I would think that if you didn't the engine maker could say you did not perform the PM at the proper milage and could void your engine...

I'm looking at Marlin Guide Gun in .45-70. Wouldn't mind getting a .450 Nitro Express. I'm also thinking about a .450 S&W hand gun.

New gun still not in !!!!

The .223 and the 5.56x45 are the same size round. The 5.56 NATO uses a special military powder that creates more gas pressure in the chamber. If the gun is chambered for the .223 the chamber might not be be able to handle the increased gas pressure. That's why you need to be sure the gun is...

New gun still not in !!!!

Most of the AR style guns can handle both rounds. look on the barrel or the upper receiver, if it says .223 don't use the 5.56 because of the additional gas pressure of the military round, if it says 5.56 your all set. Sometimes it has the information on the lower receiver by the magazine hole...

New gun still not in !!!!

Both the DPMS and Bushmaster can handle both the 5.56x45 NATO round as well as the commercial .223. My friends Rock River won't handle the Wolf .223 because of the steel case with the lacquered coating, my DPMS and Bushmaster will.

New gun still not in !!!!

I have had a DPMS LR-308 for a couple of years, nice shooting gun. Every gun shop I know of are backordered on all brands of AR-15 style guns. The demand has been high for them because of the dumbacrats getting in office. .223 and .308 ammo can be hard to come by at times. I'm a wholesaler and I...
