Re: Canada Speed Limits, are you ready? As far as I know the law went into effect a while ago, they have been enforcing it since June 1. There have been many posts about the speed limiters, maybe you should read up on the posts, that might answer most of your 4 questioms.

I believe a junior member is 1-49 posts, member is 50-99 posts, senior member is 100 and over posts. It has nothing to do with how long you have been using EO, the different member groups are determined by the number of posts you have made.
