On our way to Minneapolis from Miami! We haven't been there since leaving the Fed over two years ago.

Now our freight lanes typically keep us running the southern E/W interstates and up the east coast to JFK. Although we miss going through a lot of places like Portland, Seattle, Vegas, Black River Falls, Great Falls, etc, we certainly don't miss the winter driving up north and northwest. Been there and done that for years. No more chaining up this driver's truck!!!

We picked up this full set of A320 Airbus landing gear, and then the engine at another location which also goes on an A320. This model is the typical passenger jet currently in use. The custom stand for the landing gear is neat. Both main gear and the front gear neatly pack into the stand together, each having their own supports and securement devices. Then all we have to do is chain it to the deck and tarp it to protect it from the weather and flying debris while in transit.

Pulled up to pickup today and a Dayton Freight Truck had a piece of cardboard in the windshield, it had "Kentucky Sunshade" written on it. Darn I shoulda taken a picture:(

Sittin in a hotel room in Laredo till noon, then I'll give them till 7 pm to load me out of here. If no load, i am headin north...I'll just keep moving until i get a load offer since I need to be home by the 19th...

Yup...what I thought LOL:cool: The J at exit 0 is quiet and they have a carls jr., pilot, dollar general, cvs pharmacy taco bell all next to it. Some nice shade trees too. Also, I think the parking lot is quieter and much larger than the Petro. My only issue last time I was there was that there were a lot of flies. I'm not sure if that's just that entire area or what.

Still sittin at home...Van finally got "FIXED" but now they have a check engine light on an the van is running sluggish...So now it's got an appointment for tuesday to get fixed at a Sprinter dealer in Columbus, OH on tuesday...But i will be in orientation on tuesday...So it has now been 9 weeks an still not fixed lol
