I recently saw a battery powered apu in the parts dept at Phx freightliner.. Has anyone seen or heard of these or better yet, owed one. They were quoting $4000.00 plus labor and batteries. Any feedback appreciated.

I paid $ 3.07 for diesel today in Redding, Calif.. This was at TA truckstop under Landstar's cost plus program. Who woulda thought a few years ago we would be excited about $ 3.00 fuel....go figure.

I recently installed this device in each tank on my fld-120. They installed very easy and look very formidal to would be slim ball fuel theives. Cost was $49.00 for two(shipping incld) which is about 10 gallons of fuel now, seemed cost effective. I have 300 gallon cap. so I do sleep better...
