    Fatigued Driving

Just because a driver is using e logs or paper logs, and logs off duty does not mean he or she retired to the sleeper and got 8-10hrs sleep. there are many drivers who after being up all day long, gets a call about a run. Then runs an all nighter to get the load delivered on time.

    Other drivers killing us!

Cheri; They (greedy owners) are out there. They will have you run every load offered, while trying their best to micro-manage the driver (s).

    Unknown laws are everywhere!

While driving in Florida or any other state, when it is raining Headlights should be on. Now most of the folks I've seen drive with no lights, just 4 ways. If the weather is that bad I'll run 4 ways if drivers are pokeing along @ 5-10 mph. Or as happened to me........ stopped in the slow lane.

I do agree that what the future looks like for the vans does seem to say " it is coming" LOGS, Scales, etc. However do you think it will be any easier for you as you run along in your "big truck"? NOT! it will also get much worse as time goes along. From the begining the regs where there and...
