Sorry to hear that bud!,my BP was up there a bit ago so i went on a dried fruit an nut diet,along with peanut butter an jelly sandwich for a snack,(sugar),and fish tuna ,salmon...feel great now...and lots an lots of good ol H2O...its really quite amazing how lttle one really needs to eat ,once...
