    louxio...yeah those fines are goin to be a killer!...doesnt suprise me bout the "tude" of the shippers an receivers...in the end itll be laid at our feet!...from what ive seen itS a HUGE MESS...but, hopin that it will get some more work for the cargovan types (myself included).
