December Locations

Picked up Wed in Florida going to JFK. Delivered and got another run picking up ASAP in Queens going back to Florida. Now at home again for the second weekend in a row. Starting to like these up and back runs. It's about 70 degrees out. Think I will go outside and wash the road salt off the truck.

Well I finally got a load out of Texas on Thursday afternoon from south of San Antonio and delivered in Detroit this morning making for a great week. Money! Money!!!! now sitting at a little truck stop in Warren on Mound Rd hope the last 2 weeks of the year are as good as the last 2 weeks have been

I went pass there a little bit ago, I would have stopped in and said Hey.

If you are hungry, go up to 14 mile rd (about 2.5 miles north), and take a right east to Van :censoredsign:

(about a mile), there are a few places to eat there north of 14, Red Hot and Blue and Joe's crab shack are a couple.

Hi Greg I moved went to the truck stop in Romulus thinking I was going to have good place to park , shower and eat but all they have is a Subway and they want pay to park, so moved on down to Monroe at the TA showered , did laundry, and food now back in the van thinking I might watch a movie?

never got a load out of atlanta,so i headed home.ill stay out of service till the 10 of the new year.i hope you all have a safe and merry christmas!! i also hope that each of us are blessed in the year to come ,and this business just gets better for us all.no matter what company or kind of truck well be safe,and ill be back!!

In Florence, SC, thought I would of been moving by now..At least the weather is tolerable! Alot of homeless living in their cars here..makes me fortunate for what I have.

That's how the Load 1 slackers do it! I am on vacation here in Washington state and I am still working. Sitting here in Everett Washington waiting to deliver some aircraft parts to Boeing. This was a pretty nice run, just had to drive in some bad weather up on the mountain passes. I hope you all are having a nice Christmas season. I am gonna wrap things up for a few days and then start looking for a load to take me back home to California!

This job teaches you a lot about what is truly important in life. I am so thankful to be sitting in my van with the engine idling keeping me warn and for the hot breakfast sandwich I am eating. I have learned to be humble and thankful for all of the little things that I have over my 4 years of cargo van living. I hope they get you a load out before christmas man; perhaps Santa will need some toys expedited back up to ohio. lol!

In Fort Wayne. Dropped a 10 lb box at a tool and die company for reworking and then returning it to Ontario tomorrow morning. Hotel, wait time, and expenses being covered by the shipper.
