Bentz is still doing good stuff - Don Bentz has named his business Bolt [?!] and is located at 4532 Allen Martin Drive, Ft Wayne, In, phone 260 387 5779.
I call them Bentz-Bolt, to avoid confusion.
Not the Ritz, but is common courtesy too much to hope for? I don't use my Proheat much, since the exhaust needs replaced - it's just too loud. Knowingly violating noise standards is just plain rude, so I turn it on only when far from anyone.
I wouldn't characterize eating well as a hobby, more like a perk.
Because you can get lobster rolls in Maine, peach cobbler in Georgia, shrimp creole in New Orleans, BBQ in Kansas City [and a few other great places], conch in Miami, pastrami in NYC, etc.
It's not just a job, it's a gastronomic...
Hey, they survived - [I hope they are going to foot the bill for their rescue, though] which is better than the family I just read about in Louisiana: picknicking near the Red River, they ignored posted signs warning about strong currents and the need for personal flotation devices. One...
No. There are some [Il, for example] that work in most midwest states [Oh, In, Il, Pa, WV, NY, NJ], but they don't work in Fla, Tx, Ok, or Ks, for example.
None work with every toll road, so far.
I've often thought that all lawsuits should be prescreened by a committee of volunteer judges, [current, former, or retired] who would be paid by the party submitting the potential action.
Frivolous lawsuits shouldn't waste anyone's time!
I note the moron is filing 3 yrs after the event, and...
Mostly, I agree with Greg, and refuse to be a 'billboard' for anything or anyone.
EO is an exception, as it's free to use, and deserves wider exposure, IMO.
I bet a bunch of folks are looking at Turtle in the same way my Mom looked at me when I offered to donate my peas to those starving kids, lol.
I agree with both sides: be thankful for what you are given, and it couldn't hurt to ask for more.:)
But he's going to throw a monkeywrench into my plan to auction mine to the highest bidder, sigh. ;)
PS If you miss out, it's not too hard to make your own, you know. Just print the logo out [using fabric transfer paper], and iron onto a t shirt. I've done several, [with Lawrence's permission!]...
To clarify: I didn't wash my hair in the bathroom, but in the passenger seat of my truck. With head hanging out, pouring water over it - not an option on chilly nights, but it was pretty hot, like it is now, and it felt wonderful! :D
Xiggi: can't say I particularly noticed the appearance of women in Chattanooga, but I was impressed by the downtown area - it looked to me like downtown done right. Maybe that's a good place to look for attractive women - but I have to agree that where people are involved, inside counts for more...
I was bummed to have missed the load securement demo. I've never [in 7 yrs] had damaged freight, but there is always something different in this line of work, eh?
I did get a pr of the Save A Load bars Jeanie recommended, [in purple!] and agree they add a welcome aspect of flexibility to the...
One thing you'll learn to consider is how many of the miles are on toll roads, if your carrier doesn't automatically cover the costs.
An 800 mile run from Gilberts, Il to Norristown, Pa is going to cost a fortune for tolls, [Chicago to Philadelphia] while an 800 mile run from Collinsville, Il...
I have a membership with Audible.com, and a Garmin Nuvi to download the audiobooks to, and I love it! But I still read actual books too [Leo hasn't converted me to the Kindle - it wouldn't work well with my habit of enjoying popcorn while reading], and the Detroiter is a good place to find them...
If enough folks expressed outrage at Sarver, he could just sell the team [or find a way to pretend he did, while retaining his interest], and move on.
Sarver has enough money to simply laugh at the pitiful efforts to damage him.
Better we express our agreement with the governor of Arizona...
It's pretty amusing [in a scary way] to read the rationales put forth by those who object to the immigration laws being enforced, isn't it?
Bottom line: are we a nation of laws, or hypocrites?
Am in the jelly state [ducking the 'fighting Kentuckians here, lol], waiting to pickup later, delivering in Detroit on Monday.
And you didn't answer the question I asked - do you contend that the US intelligence agencies NEVER break the law?
Thanks for the clarification - I was relying on memory, rather than looking it up.:o
When I had a minor fenderbender a few weeks ago, the night dispatcher to whom I reported the incident didn't seem to know even that much - we need to be aware of the legal requirements, just to protect ourselves.
