Well 1st the cold and callous quote would be a good to compare my comments,
Huh ?
I think the frothiness is taking it's toll .... you are starting to drop out whole words from your sentences, so that what you post no longer expresses a cogent (even if misguided) thought ...
Mebbe that's why you are so enamored of copying and pasting the writings of others ...... can't construct your own ?
but it didn't come from me, it came from Pilgram,
Lemme guess ..... you figure that I missed that little aspect when I replied ?
Sorry to disappoint, but I knew full well whose post it was when I quoted it. That Pilgrim said it, is of little matter and largely irrelevant - that it provided a comparison between you and Obama to show how similar the two of you
might be was really the point.
now if you see me has cold and callous in me opinions of obama , say so, don't use anothers quote when he wasn't using it towards me,
I'll use anothers quote
wherever I see fit to illustrate whatever point I'm trying to make - and if you don't like it I'd suggest you may want to reconsider posting on an open forum - otherwise .... just get over it ..... afterall, it is the internet.
As far as seeing you as cold and callous in your opinion of Obama, that certainly wasn't in anything I posted ..... I think you missed the point of what I wrote .....
just step up and say it yourself about me, i mean with my syance on muslums, you certainly have enough ammo
What ? .... you are having seances with Muslims now ?
Listen, I made my point in what I posted - and in case that point wasn't clear to you, I'll spell out the overall concept - which is a little deeper - that I was trying to illustrate:
Those at the extreme opposite ends of the political spectrum, are often
more alike than they are different. The "issues" that either end parrots and purports to espouse are of little real importance - not because the issues aren't important (they are) - but because both, in seeking to accomplish their respective ends, are generally willing to
stoop to the gutter to succeed. The ends justify the means. A good example of that would be:
"Anything to discredit him works for me"
That you freely admit the above (without any sense of shame whatsoever .... my, my ...) clearly puts you in the class of a fanatic - you can figure out fairly easily what kind of company that puts you in (the holy jihad readily comes to mind) - but to be clear: it puts you in the same class of folks that you are probably largely against - some of which are a fairly unsavory lot indeed.
but as to birds of a feather, maybe, but only in a personally trait, not on any issues....
Like I said, in this instance, the issues are really of little importance - what is important is the lengths you will go to, to accomplish your ends (discrediting Obama)
An individual can claim to be for or against anything - words are relatively cheap ..... but the true character and nature of a man is not only what he believes (layout's "core beliefs") ..... but also in how he conducts himself in his affairs with his fellow man, both
in word, and in deed.
And I will add that it is good that you recognize that trait in Barry,
You are perverting the intent of my communication - rather than
just receiving what I was sending and then just
understanding that (.... which says more than you can possibly imagine)
Really, it's not all that tough - it is possible to receive what another says - and then
get it - you can do it.
Just to be clear, in what I wrote, I recognized no such trait in Obama - I was only making a comparison between you and someone else's opinion of him - and under that criteria how much alike the two of you would apparently be.
Me I admit it, he'll just lie and cover it up......
While you might well admit it (and he might lie about it) that alone, in no way puts you on any higher moral ground - particularly when one considers your statement (
"Anything ... works for me") that I quoted above.
As far as keeping the thread alive by replying to it, yes we are - but let me suggest to you that the ultimate effect of that might not be exactly what you are intending - since it serves to show you, and the methods you are willing to employ in accomplishing your ends, in a true light.
In actual fact, you alone, probably do more to drive people away from you politically - as a consequence of how you conduct yourself here online - and by the manner in which you reply (or fail to) to others - you undermine your own position, moreso than anyone else could, simply by speaking against it.
In doing so, you trivialize the issues you claim to support - issues which, in and of themselves, have much merit.
