Here are a few icons for a "confused" button. I don't know if these can shrink down to the required size and still be legible. These would be appropriate for members that don't have access to an IRT decoder ring.

I was going to do a gay icon, but the only things I could find were pictures of Bette Midler, Cher, Barbara Streisand and Liza Minnelli.

That would work but you would need to show all 4 or at least 3 of them for people to get it. How about a unicorn?

We need a "Disturbing" icon. The more I look at that unicorn picture, the morning disturbing I find it.
