Just waking in Sullivan Mo...600 to go...


Where else could you get a carrier owner and dispatch manager on a Saturday to iron out an issue.....gotta love it....:D
John just got off the plane in AZ and wasn't even checked into his room yet and was dealing with this.....


When we have issues at Load 1 Between the drivers and staff....we deal with them...quickly......a wart tends to grow and fester if left too long....growing pains are a natural part of the process....deal with them and move on....:)

Resolving issues that don't need to be aired in public is exactly what the PM system is good for - but if it does need to be aired in public, then spill it already - we're all ears .....:D

He is hands on and it sure is a tremendous help knowing he is accessible to help out when needed. I personally have no issues but I understand where there was a problem. But it is resolved.

Sure wish my phone worked on a plane or maybe it was cause we was over the desert in Nevada when I tried it. Guess Sprint doesn't work there! Lol

They were bought with a twinkle in my eye and thoughts of you in my heart....I am sure they'll bloom just like our marriage has.....;)

BTW...around Effingham now....and starting to move...

I was letting it slide, given the benefit of the doubt until the next time...but it is amazing how most here think the same way.. Hats off to you Golf....

My 2 cents;

One welcome aboard Cherri. Two we may have spirited debates and such on here but we are still one company and one family. That is one of the biggest things that makes us not one of these other carriers. We do not just talk the talk we live it. I have never seen a group of people and a company that goes out of it's way to take care and watch over each other. Banter and debate is all good, but I don't want to lose what we have ALL helped to build. Our integrity and reputation as a company is worth more to me than just about anything.
