Unexpected Urgent Refugee and Migration Needs Related to Gaza
MEMORANDUM FOR THE SECRETARY OF STATE

SUBJECT: Unexpected Urgent Refugee and Migration Needs Related to Gaza

By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including section 2(c)(1) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 (the "Act"), as amended (22 U.S.C. 2601), I hereby determine, pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the Act, that it is important to the national interest to furnish assistance under the Act in an amount not to exceed $20.3 million from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for the purpose of meeting unexpected and urgent refugee and migration needs, including by contributions to international, governmental, and nongovernmental organizations and payment of administrative expenses of the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of the Department of State, related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.

You are authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

HEARD THIS ON A CHRISRIAN RADIO CHANNEL
basically he is earmarking 20.3 million towards palestine refugees,on the gaza strip..giving hundreds of thousands of them access to the united states.....How can you be a refugee when you are on the offensive side of the war....this is inviting terrorism here...90% of palestines have ties to hamas. the rest are stoned or beheaded......is obama raising his own private army?? Bet ya dont see this one on national tv..

Yeap, kind of like inviting a guy into you home that you know whats to kill you.......but then again, Barry is showing his true colors when it comes to muslum terrorist.....i mean he wants to sit down and talk to Iamadumbazz and convince him that he shouldn't build any nuke weapons and thats just one of hos dumb moves in this realm.....

We have no business handing out U.S. tax payers money, it is not the governments, to any forgien country at this time. We need to put our own house in order first. This is not the time to be re-distributing our money. We need it here. We can resume our charity work when our own economy is back up and running. There is NO way we should be allowing anyone from any middle east country in here without first vetting them, a real vetting, not the laughing stock of a vetting that the current resident of the White House got. Well if the vetting process is done by Barrys adminastration appointees, well look at most of his appointments, you'd expect anything different?? LOL tax cheats, theives, imbezzlers, and thats just in barrys cabinet and offical posts.....there won't be any process, they will simply ask them if they were "bad guys" and let them in, even if they say yea, they will just tell them to change there ways, follow the religion of peace and if they wait long enough Barry will continue the policies of bush on the boder and open them up so whoever wants to can come and go with no issue at all....come one come all, our banks will loan illegals money and or government will give you the same rights as an american citizen, come one come all....move freely and slowly invade our country, and start to impose your rules and ways onn the american people, come one come all.....

As far at using american Tax dollars, shoot, we will give them all they need, plus..free education all the way though college, free medical, better then most americans have free housing you name it, they will get it....

Oh and no way will they assimulate into our culture, we will be expected to let them bring there culture here and demand that we accept their laws and traditions and screw becoming an AMERICAN...

so we will let more muslums immigrate here and before long they will be at a larger percentage of the minority population, then watch the SHTF!!!! It always does, just look at other countres that have allowed the muslum population to expand and grow and see how they have taken the power from the citizens with birth rights to their country.....I can provide that info too.....

That's not what this Presidential Determination (which is slightly different than an Executive Order) does. It does not invite or give hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refugees access to the United States. It does nothing whatsoever to change or mitigate the immigration and refugee laws. Where do people come up with this stuff? This is simply a funding issue that releases funds to the State Depatment, and is done so according to the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 as prescribed by amendment.

People are just butt stoopid over Gaza. There are more than a million people in Gaza with UN Refugee status. Yeah, I know, everyone in Gaza is loyal to Hamas, because Hamas won the last election. I know that that's what at least one of you is thinking. And if that is true, then the same logic must be applied here, where all Americans are now loyal Democrats because the Democrats won the elections. Oh, well, that's different.

Take a close look at this, read it carefully, then let's hear the outrage over once again not knowing what any of it means...

By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including sections 2 and 4(a)(1) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 (the ‘‘Act’’), as amended (22 U.S.C. 2601 and 2603) and section 301 of title 3, United States Code: (1) I hereby determine, pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the Act, that it is important to the national interest to furnish assistance under the Act, in an amount not to exceed $29.5 million from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund, for the purpose of meeting unex-pected and urgent refugee and migration needs, including by contributions to international, governmental, and non-governmental organizations and payment of administrative expenses of the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of the Department of State, related to: (a) humanitarian needs resulting from conflicts in Somalia, Sudan, and Chad, (b) breaks in the food pipeline for refugees in Africa, and in the West Bank and Gaza; and (2) the functions of the President in relation to this memorandum under section 2(d) of the Act, and of establishing terms and conditions under section 2(c)(1) of the Act, are assigned to you, and you may further assign such functions to any of your subordinates.

You are authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

NO but there are enough Kool-aid drinkers that still believe that this administration is still about big change when in fact it's the same old Democrat tax and spend ideas.The difference i think are what is happening to the decenters over there.if anything.

Well whats the big deal?

This is business as usual and one of the perks of the job he now has.

The real issue has to do with the ties attached to the money.

But again Hamas and the other organization in there have had a lot of help from the world media and have been very effective in both gaining political capital and monetary capital to fight Israel.

All of this would have been solved a long time ago if we didn't have the UN.
