I agree 100%. Just had mine installed 2 weeks ago. It stinks. I wish there was a way to turn that stupid voice off, not the whole volume down. On top of that, it works worse than the old one. Takes forever to get the load info, and the messages are not in the right order. Navigation is a joke...
