NAACP says Tea Party is racists?

Well the NAACP plans to vote soon on a resolution to call the Tea Party a racist/hate group. I think there are more racist hate filled people in the NAACP seems like every time something happens to a black person they cry racism without waiting for the facts or if you just disagree with them your a racist

Maybe the Tea Party and other similar groups need to pass resolutions declaring the NAACP a racist hate group; also the new black panther party while they're at it.

Actually the problem here in this country is we don't want to admit the history of these organizations. The NAACP was founded by white people and the president was a classic liberal who had a dislike for democrats. Later on, it wasn't the democrats who came to the rescue of the blacks but the republicans, which everyone seemed to forget.

Here's hoping these left wing groups continue with this kind of nonsense. They're obviously extremely worried about the Tea Party movement and are going all-out to discredit them with the help of their willing accomplices in the MSM. However, as more of this racist stuff hits the headlines the number of middle class Americans signing up for the Tea Party grows geometrically.

The democrats have long been the party of division, hatred and racism. They still are. Much of what they do is meant to divide the Nation, fracture it, to make it easier to assert they rule. It is a well know tactic. The more you "do for" a person the more you "own him". There is more than one kind of slavery. Obama and Co. are doing all they can to push their "brand" of slavery on us. They have a lot of help from groups like the NAACP.

Alas Moot, LBJ could not make laws, that was done by the congress who I thought was in republican control.

He did one of the few things positive for race relations in this country, Truman desegregation order was the other thing. Outside of that, FDR didn't, Wilson didn't and neither did Carter, Clinton or Obama - all the gains were under republican control on one level or another.

Like man I lived during the 60's and it was Democrats all the way. JFK Democrat. LBJ Democrat. HHH Democrat.

Let's not forget the fact that there are several blacks have turned away from the party that's "taken care" of them for the past 50 years, and joined the tea party. But since they don't agree with the NAACP, they aren't the kind of blacks the group is talking about.

Moot... if you remember the 60s, maybe you'll remember LBJ's tapes quoting him as saying "We'll have those n****** voting Democrat for 200 years." when talking about welfare. I'd say that's racism too. Apparently, it's a good racism to them. Racism that means power.

The racism issue was explained to me by a black liberal radio talk show host in Memphis years ago. Her name is Janis Fullilove and was on a conservative talk radio station for only a short time. From there she went into local politics, then jail a few times for DUI. Anyway, she said all whites were responsible for slavery, and blacks are not capable of racism!
