The Weekend Report

I can’t really call it slow yet. I haven’t been in service enough to have a bad string of weeks, but this is the first weekend in months that I didn’t have some kind of work, like a Saturday delivery or Monday morning delivery. So the question is whether I continue trolling north. I started in Destin, Florida. I’ve sat near Montgomery, Alabama the last couple days. During busy times I’ll let the freight come to me. It’s not busy, so I probably need to troll. Maybe this will be the plan. Five Guys for lunch, expediter’s nap, then I’ll move to above Birmingham, so the morning crew in dispatch sees me in that area. Late morning or afternoon, I continue towards northern Alabama. Tuesday I won’t go beyond Nashville and then I’ll become stubborn.
