Fox News is now reporting the Somali lifeboat holding American Captain Richard Phillips is only 20-30 miles from the Somali shore and drifting toward shore. If allowed to continue drifting, it is expected to make land in 18-24 hours. Obama needs to get off the phone with Oprah and act decisively today.

Ok, as that lifeboat drifts into the somili coast, we lose more leverage. The "other pirate ship that held 24 hostages that was on its way to help "shield" the pirates, well they got lost and went back to somilia because they couldnt find the life boat...... I guess france didn't much care about the other 200 hostages as they went aboard the sailboat and killed to pirates and yea a hostage died, it happens and his family thanked the french for freeing the rest of them.....
The pirate have no, since takeing this freighter have taken another American FLAGGED tug boat that has an italian crew....
Im sorry, but as that lifeboat get closer to somilia , the US needs to give the priates one option, let the captain go free and surrender and do it with in "X" hrs....when that time expires, the life boat is taken out, pirates dead, captain dead, and any other hostages that maybe killed by the hosyages (which I think will be -0- because they pirates are in this for money, dead hostages don't garner much cash.....will be from then on known as "Collateral Damage"........while no one wants to see the captain die, he knew that was a chance, and it seems he is willing to accept that, when he jumped in the water off the life boat he assumed the chance of death....if he dies, he dies a hero.....the time has come for this to end...
barry is said to be worried about the 20 or so Americans that our intelligence tell us are training in somilian terrorist camps to fight with the terrorist there.....he is worried about them coming back here and pulling off terrorist acts here.....well I guess then he needs to do something about those camps, other then "Talk" leaders of other countries and the un....deal with these pirates now, the stand 3-4 destroyers of the coast of somilia and turn the 75% of the place back to dirt.....leave them 25% to rebuild themselves, and make it clear, 1 terroist act and we come back......

Looks like it all happened just a little while ago, details won't be out there for a while. Apparently, knowing from the very beginning of the negotiations that no ransom would be paid and the pirates would be arrested, negotiations between the US and the pirate "elders" had finally broken down after the elders insisted that the pirates not be arrested and the US maintained the pirates would be brought to justice.
