In the Forest Service's news release about the recent string of marijuana busts, I discovered a term of art I'd never encountered before:

During the raid, a U.S. Forest Service K-9 team located Gauldry Almonte-Hernandez, a displaced foreign traveler from Michoacán Mexico, who had tried to flee the area and hide while officers were performing entry into the marijuana garden.

"Displaced foreign traveler"? Makes it sound like he meant to go to Disneyland, got lost, and ended up at a pot plantation in the woods south of Hayfork.

Arrest Made in US Forest Service Operation at Illegal Marijuana Site

REDDING, Calif - A U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement Operation led to the arrest of an individual at an illegal marijuana cultivation site last week where 7,434 illegally grown marijuana plants were confiscated.

On Friday July 9, 2010 a marijuana eradication operation was conducted on the Shasta-Trinity National Forest in Trinity County, south of Hayfork, by law enforcement agents from the U.S. Forest Service, Trinity County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force and the California Department of Justice, Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement. During the raid, a U.S. Forest Service K-9 team located Gauldry Almonte-Hernandez, a displaced foreign traveler from Michoacán Mexico, who had tried to flee the area and hide while officers were performing entry into the marijuana garden.

The defendant was arrested on federal charges in violation of Title 21 United States Code section 841, Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, if found guilty, he could receive a sentence of 10 years in prison.

During the week of July 5th, officers conducted marijuana eradication operations at six sites near Hayfork with the eradication of approximately 46,000 marijuana plants.

On July 6th, the team of officers eradicated two marijuana manufacturing locations on the National Forest where a total of 14,757 marijuana plants were destroyed. The operation continued on July 7th with the removal of 16,767 plants from two additional gardens. July 8th a fifth garden was eradicated by the team which contained 7,466 marijuana plants which were destroyed. The public is encouraged to contact your local Forest Service office or Sheriff's Department with any information pertaining to illegal marijuana manufacturing on your public lands.

Its now like trying to get rid of Kudzu or fireants, u get rid of one pocket, it springs up somewhere else. Its good business for the law enforcement bunch, lawyers, dealers, and so on and so forth. There is to much money to be made overall.

Well if you want to start calling them what they really are, stop using the word illegal and immigrant and alien. They are invaders, the government of Mexico is doing what a country at war does, send people to invade another country.

It is sad that we keep hearing that this is a complicated immigration problems and it is too complex for us, the common citizen to understand but our immigration system is not broken, nor does it need fixing. It needs enforcement of the law, looking past the people and judging the situation based on the laws, not emotion or needs of people from another country. We are a nation of laws, and should always be.

Invaders should always be repealed or destroyed. Period. If the government does not start doing their job, someone WILL start doing it for them. This is NOT a good situation. Innocent people will get hurt, or worse. Nature does not like a vacuum. We have leaders that "suck", there is a "vacuum" that shows as a lack of action. Anytime this happens people tend to step and take control of the situation.

The Mexican is in charge of America now, we are just stooges doing what they want us to do, Obama bows to their wishes, another ploy to continue us toward a 3rd world country so we can be on most nations level, well its a thought. It use to be the British are coming, the British are coming. Now the Mexicans and Muslims are coming and we are bending to their wishes gang. We are watching an old America slowly dying into the sunset. Mom and apple pie could be gone forever. Boy Im in a positive mood............

I wish that was the case but it isn't Mexico or the Muslims we have to worry about, it is ourselves and our ignorance because we are allowing things to happen and just not caring.

I understand why Juan wants to come here, can't blame him a bit or why he pays a Coyote to get him here, but I blame people for their sympathy for Juan over the rest of the country. I blame the greed of the corporate farmer who needs their fruit or veggies picked and I blame the construction worker who wants to slide things under the table to save money. BUT most of all I blame us for the idea that we are not a nation of laws.

By the way I have to throw this in, WE all need to take a page out of the leftist play book and do the boycott thing. Six Flags near Chicago is having Muslim day on 9/12/2010.
