I already tried that but thanks anyway. I liked the Chameleon 2000 but they say they are out of stock till the first on next year so I am looking around for something compareable. thanks again, Bill

Are you wanting something like a bulkhead so you can have a small dedicated sleeper area? If so why not buil it out of 2x4s and plywood?

No, I want a molded partition that fits befind the seats and seals in the heat and air in the cab and the noise and dust in the back.

Just remember that a sealed partition also locks out the heat in the winter and the A/C in the summer when you are back there sleeping. If it's totally sealed it is hard to move from the cab to the cargo area if that is where your sleeping quarters are.

Thanks for your concern but I do not sleep in my van. That is why I want to seal the cargo area off from the cab.

It has been a while so I thought I would try again. I am looking for a molded partition for my full size chevy express cargo van that I do not sleep in. Any suggestions?
I don't know about keeping Dust out, but a shower curtain rod & a blanket will keep the heat in the front.

Actually I have a clear shower curtain up now. Works OK, just looking for a better idea. Cheri, thanks for the input but that sounds a little expensive for my needs.
Why not if the floor is flat, use a 2x3, use a Router or Skill saw cut a groove in the 2x3, a second for the roof, same groove. Install 1 or 2 sheets of Luann. If you need access cut out a doorway with the shower curtain covering the opening. You can find many types of Gasket's designed for Metal roofing in Lumber yards too seal the sides, floor & ceiling also.

Yea, I was going to say, Alumibunk is a very expensive place, even though their stuff looks nice. Can't see why someone would want to pay for something they could do themselves.
