I won't.

I don't see the point.

If there is a reason that it needs to be challenged than it needs to be done for a very specific reason and bought right up to the supreme court.

There is a real chance that this law can confirm as constitutional if it is brought up in court for false reasons. If that happens, then it will become a fixed entitlement of the land and Obamabots win.

You might be right, I don't know. I do know one thing, it is just too hard to sit back and wait for things to happen. I my book it is far past time to push back. Just as I will if this mess stands and they TRY to FORCE me into or TRY to fine me. I have already told my reps, I REFUSE!! I was force to sit on the sidelines the entire time I was in government service. I no longer have those restraints.

You won't have a choice when you his Medicare age.

I know I'm right, this is what they want. Some stupid lawsuit to screw up future ones. They can then point back to a decision made in federal court and most likely cover 85% of the possible cases with something like this.

If people were really smart, they would push hard their states to first opt out of everything and then sue based on an unfunded mandates forced on them and the issue of insurance regulations under the tenth amendment, that will screw it up.

The other thing that everyone is missing is this, we need representation of the states returned. Get rid of direct voting of senators so the state now have a voice. You do know that countries like Germany has state representation?

I'm no legal scholar, but isn't a prerequisite for a class action lawsuit that the members demonstrate actual harm done, not just their belief that it will be done?
Seems an injunction is what's used to prevent something from proceeding, not a class action.
Comments from anyone who knows?

Those are the old rules, Congress changed them in 2005.

BUT nevertheless, a judge has to approve the lawsuit and determine if it can proceed as a class action or as individual law suits.
