Good Afternoon Load One! At the Petro having lunch/dinner then I'll be heading a bit east. I tell you what, I'm getting tired of this snow falling me and the new batch catching up with me, LOL. And I see that there is more coming SMH.
I'm now in Whiteland, IN. Very quiet today, not a single call from dispatch. There's still tomorrow.
Another day....another flight. Heading back to DTW from snowy Miane and the Escort to Arlington Convoy kick off! So proud to once again this year to be carrying the ceremonial wreaths. Tomb of the Unknown, Kennedy grave and the Pentagon.

So proud that Load One is again part of the “Escort to Arlington” and Wreaths Across AMERICA! Again this year we are privileged to haul our most precious cargo. Ceremonial wreaths to be placed on monuments and finally at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. In addition Load One will also be one of the 55 tractor trailers that are part of covering all of Arlington National Cemetery next Saturday. As well we will be one of the carriers bringing in another truckload of wreaths to Michigan National Cemetery for ceremonies and wreath laying there. As well we provide additional expedite services as needed to help this amazing charity pull off a miracle every year. We are proud as a company to make these donations and support Wreaths Across America in their mission to "Remember, Honor and Teach". Thank you to our amazing drivers and staff for helping to make this all happen. God Bless America and thank you to all that serve, served and especially those that paid the ultimate sacrifice to defend our freedoms.

Good morning all - Just a reminder that this Saturday, December 16th is the day we will be heading to Great Lakes National Cemetery for the laying of the Wreaths. We would like to leave around 7:30am so please meet in the front parking lot of the main building a bit before. There is still plenty of room if you didn’t sign up but would like to go. Remember, friends & family are welcome to join us. If you can let me know ahead of time that is great or if you find out you can make it at the last minute then just show up. You will be happy you did.
We will have snacks, subs & drinks on the buses since we will be out during lunch time.

Got unloaded this morning and got some great sleep. Just went by and check on the new van and they should start working on Wednesday and finish it early next week!
