What to do when you run out of pints...you make quarts...6 to be precise.

The season is winding down..only two more boxed of tomatoes to process and I made apple sauce today. Ken and I thought we'd try strawberries in the hydroponics system so I ordered 3 different kinds of strawberry seeds since you can't buy plants this time of year. Should be an interesting experiment!

I did up 4 quarts and 1 pint of canned tomatoes yesterday..I think the last box will be salsa again and then I'll be done!!!

And the garden is put to bed for the year...taters are dug and the last tomato has been put up. Ken tilled it over for the year so it can just sleep for the winter!

And my strawberry seeds are planted in the aerogarden...now the wait begins!
