"Stupid" is too nice a word. And now it's getting stupid.
Michael Savage: ‘Was Scalia murdered?’
What if some actually believe it? Like this freakshow?"Stupid" is too nice a word.
Irresponsible and assinine comments from the lunitics on the far right is par for the course nowadays.
"They" are those who mainly need to whine for the sake of whining. "They" have to make up outrageous stuff about Obama to whine about, because for some reason the outrageous stuff he does on his own doesn't satisfy them. Some of "they" make up stuff, and the rest of "they" take it at face value as if it's real.Who is 'they'?
And notice "they" are being very quiet......That...was scathing.
Bravo!
Granted this is pure speculation, but it's likely that if the recent funeral had been for Justice Ginsburg instead of Scalia our dutiful POTUS and FLOTUS would have been there dabbing their eyes for all the cameras and grieving fellow liberals.Unlike how he treated conservatives Lech Kaczyński and “Iron Lady” Thatcher, Obama did send a prominent delegation to anti-American socialist Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez's funeral when he passed away about a month prior to Thatcher.
When it comes to Barack Obama insulting the dead, the funerals of Americans are no exception.
The president chose to fly 16 hours and allowed the State Department to spend $11.5 million for Nelson Mandela’s funeral...
Articles: Barack Obama's Funeral Favoritism
That's just Politics 101. If the roles were reversed, there's no way a Democratic controlled Senate would even vote on a nomination from a Republican President in his last year of office.Gotta love the hypocrisy angle too regarding the filling of the Supreme Court vacancy.![]()
Biden walks back 1992 blockade of Supreme Court nominees
Obama also went to Ted Kennedy's, toooo.
Since 1980 there has been 10 funerals for SCOTUS Justices. Of the 10, just 4 were attended by the President. That's it. Four
There is simply no historical precedent that suggests, much less requires, the President to attend the funeral of a Supreme Court Justice. If they want to go, they go. If they don't, they don't.
Obama really has no manners, plain and simple, he has no manners, no respect, no gentleness, no national pride, no nothing, he is all fake, he is just there for show and no go, imho.. fake fake fake.....he is.
Agreed....if we turn into what our enemies are....doesn't that make us like them and we stand to lose to what being American means?....Truth, Justice and the AMERICAN way? Isn't that why we are here?...No kidding he is a puppet, no different than any of the republicans that ran against him would have been if they were elected.
I am amazed at how so many people have a hard on for Obama, I am a socialist and I certainly am not an Obama fan, but this crap is getting out of hand!!!!!
Since 1953 there have been 2 funerals for Sitting SCOTUS Justices. That's it. Two. Both were attended by the sitting POTUS at the time (Eisenhower in 1953 and Bush in 2005). It's likely that Obama is the first POTUS to be absent from the funeral of a sitting SCOTUS Justice. That's significant, considering this is an election year and all the emphasis being put on appearances, compassion, inclusiveness, "reaching across the isle" and all the other political BS we hear from politicians and the media.Obama also went to Ted Kennedy's, toooo.

There have been four, not two. Four. Two were attended by the President, and two were not. See Post #15.Since 1953 there have been 2 funerals for Sitting SCOTUS Justices. That's it. Two. Therefore the liberal Democrat President is supposed to attend? That makes no sense. Biden attended, not because Scalia was a revered conservative Justice, but because he and Scalia were friends, and his wife and Scalia's wife were long time close friends.t's also worth noting that Scalia was not only the most influential conservative Justice on the Supreme Court, but also one of the most revered figures among the conservative movement.
Obama and Ginsburg are friends, so yeah, probably.Like I suggested before, if it were Ginsburg's funeral he would've been there.
