Wow, so much for making those high demand cars that get high mileage so the people will run out and buy them....guess they are looking just at the profit they make off of this model...it certainly isn't their best selling model, but you can bet the "gross" is very good:

Those workers or should I say employees.....wonder if they think it is a banner day when GM starts up....? It is just a glorified welfare check now...

For a lot of them, it was before! Stories of clocking in and going to sleep for 8; or clocking in and hitting the bar... Quite a few got a free ride for their pay.

You got some of that mixed up, Skill Trades were the ones who slept during their 8 hours, the line workers took off to the bars and came back drunk. I remember the bar around the corner from the Jefferson Assembly plant, shift changed meant go and clock out then go home.
