That average is available at Panther but it is primarily for fleet owners or someone who has had a lease for awhile. Loads can average well above that, but like most other places, it would require something outside of the basic parameters you mentioned.

Panther guarantees payment on any load I book. They do have a blacklist of folks who you can't use because they don't pay. As far as opportunities, those are extended to everyone that is leased there.

As mentioned, negotiating is the key. I can see that as a tougher gig with a van. Tractors and straights have alot more room on this regardless of the load. If I don't like the load, can always grab my own. Probably helps with the percentages thing as well. We don't turn down our own loads.:D

It would show up in a diagnostic tests, but wouldn't throw a code because it is directly a electrical issue. Same if a injector goes bad. Truck will run rough but show no codes.
