As mentioned earlier, broker loads are figured into that daily average. Using your example, the load would be figured in the Cleveland average even though they dispatch a truck from a different board.

From our prospective and probably many others, $1.12 would be considered running at a reduced rate all the time. Doesn't mean we wouldn't consider a load at that rate in some circumstances, but not as a standard rate. Could be worse, one or two carriers have their standard rate at 1.05.:eek...

If you are not there now, then how would you know? I would feel pretty comfortable saying any carrier that was around in 95 is quite different today.
