I think the ones that are busy are the teams. Vans and solos seem to be going a lot slower. We been busy but many of the loads seem to be government jobs. No complaints since they pay a higher rate. One thing for sure is these type of loads will come to a dead stop at the Christmas break.

I highly doubt it. Now it is possible that Panther sent a LTL load at that rate for a van, but it wouldn't have been expedite. Not obligated to take it, but giving the option as that would have paid better than a empty move. One has to see ALL of the picture, and not just part of it.
