Actually, his owner's CARRIER is in Ohio. We have no idea where the owner OR the driver might be.

Because of the oversaturatiion of cargo vans in expediting, it is very unlikely you can enrage that many miles per week over the course of a good month, much less over the course of a quarter or over a year. In a straight truck, probably. In a tractor, very likely.
