Landstar is a great company to work for. Just make sure you don't hide anything from them as they are very thorough on their background check (no stone unturned). They only accept the cream of the crop.
Even though I am a solo van driver, team drivers don't scare me. I can run a team load just as well as a team even with a little rest and safe driving.

I had sprayed in insulation done on mine. Spent the extra money and had it done professionally for a grand, then applied wall and ceiling panels. Nice and toasty with my Espar in the winter running at no more than 30%.
