It's a 2002. A shop in Springfield, MO. that advertises every day on the local radio "We are your cruise control installer" told me they couldn't do Diesels. From "Google" there are steering wheel replacements to signal stalks. I was told because it's a diesel it's done through the vacuum...
Has anyone in a Ford Diesel Van added after market cruise control. If so was it the new steering wheel type or just the Stalk replaced?. Plus are you happy with the way either one works for you?.
Thanks in advance.
If you will Google CDL you will find a ton of Companies who will pay your schooling for a year in their employ. My neighbors grandson went with a outfit out of Nebraska ( I don't remember there name) he trained in Springfield, MO. Did his year then went to a flatbed outfit out of Texas. Arkansas...

my dogs can go just as long as I can with out a whizz. I personally don't believe there's a driver averaging 55 mph eleven hours a day five days a week fifty two weeks a year.
Why not start contacting different recruiters. Ask about how they run their business. See who your comfortable with. You may want to shoot out to a couple of Truck stops near you. Try and catch some Expediters heading in or out of their rig. Ask how often they get through where you are located.
I don't have the experience to say which way you should go. BUT. If it were myself I would thoroughly investigate the prospective Owner & Company your going to drive for and go with a Straight truck.;)
Big Al & Mrs. Big Al, hope your son fully recovers. That being said, being close to Springfield you cant turn on a TV (not that I have one) with out a Lawyer offering to sue anyone, any time, any place, any amount.:p
This PC is OLD. Plus I don't know Daylight from Dark about this stuff. That being said I think it's the ISP. When I had Land line? ISP There was always tons of unwanted & asked for E mails & pop ups. Now I get service from my Phone Co. They sent a little black box. The phone line goes into the...
I don't understand. Who Impounded the truck?. Certainly was not aware if DOT held it for safety infractions, that the Company or driver would be paying DOTa impound fee.
You might average 55 miles per hour eleven hours a day five days a week driving East to West and back in Montana. I don't believe your going to average it on a daily basis in the real world.
I really would like to see the math that gets a solo driver TT or St 150,000 legal miles a year. Considering the 70 hour rule in any 8 consecutive days.
I'm 70 miles South East of Springfield, MO. Snow has just started. 5-7 inches predicted with a high in the upper teens. Storm is coming from North East Texas. Heavier amounts West of here.
