P204F is set in the ECU when the DCU sees a fault and requests the check engine light. The real fault codes are in the DCU and I don't think any generic scan tool can access that. If anyone has a generic tool that can access the DCU then please share.

I haven't encountered this before. The exhaust hissing is curious. I'd be tempted to separate the exhaust pipe BEFORE the exhaust brake to rule it out definitively. I have seen them rust and get jammed up on rare occasions.

The Wabco ECU, huh? Those occasionally go bad, but I'm suspicious. Is this truck air or hydraulic brake? Do you know what codes they pulled? There is a modification they can do to divorce the ABS from the transmission. Have them look up SB-14-016 on Hinonet.

What are these trucks used for and do they idle frequently? The crankcase code is unusual.
