MERRY CHRISTMAS 2009

We are lucky as all of us enjoy cards and board games and from morning till night there is almost always a game going on.   None of us are poker players so that is not one of the options.   We have two people games set out all the way to large group games.   We all enjoy a lot of smack talk and the smack talk goes on at all times and has nothing to do with the fact of winning or losing!   Our family all believe our ability to play games with all of our chatter has made us a closer family.   We almost always draw for partners and we all play at about the same level at any game.   We also enjoy DVD’s and I, Linda am usually the odd man out here as I either go to sleep in the middle of the movie or I dislike the movie.   I am not much for many of the silly humor comedies.   The family usually watches them after I have gone to bed.

This year we will have no gifts under our Christmas tree.   We will have our stockings with many “Santa’s” helping to fill them.   Our first memory event we are creating this year will be getting a massage.   The next event scheduled will be going to the Budweiser Brewery in downtown Saint Louis and then on to a Blues hockey team game.    Then after Christmas we are going to see the broadway play Chicago.   My sister has planned an evening dinner at a Japanese Steak house in the downtown area that I am sure we will all enjoy.   I believe this year full of Christmas memories will be the best Christmas ever…

We wish you a very Merry Christmas!!

Fat_Albert.jpg  This is a Fat Albert pine tree.  We buy a live tree every year that is local to the area and plant them after Christmas.  In our past house we planted them over a ten year period and had fond memories of each tree.
