Attitude without action gets no Gratitude
We all have dealings with people and their attitudes, some are positive, angry, suspicious, or happy go lucky. There is a plethora of books about having a great attitude and all of the benefits that come with believing the glass is half full.
The day is much more pleasant when dealing with people and a positive attitude then with the grouch or the negative nelly. A can-do attitude lifts the whole team up and the sky in the limit of what all can be accomplished.
When dealing with the happy go lucky attitude that is always positive, always volunteers, and has zero follow through is the hardest personality to deal with. If this person is in a position of leadership the problem is compounded and that person will lose respect no matter the excuses.
