So 12 clowns have exited their car, and managed to write a bill for us to "volunteer". If it passes, be sure that this wouldn't be voluntary for long. Even one congressman, long ago, slipped up and mentioned the income tax as voluntary. NEVER let Congress pass anything that is VOLUNTARY!
