Double amen my friends!! I have been a long time advocate of the 2nd in my home state my whole life. And carry anywhere legal to do so. And yes, it has saved us before.

Unfortunately for us truckers, our Constitutional rights are superseded by the need to earn a living - most carriers and many customers prohibit weapons, and the states that don't practice reciprocity make it impossible for us to exercise our right to bear arms.
If I could, I would.

We both carry all the time when home. Most likely will NEVER need to use them, BUT, if we need them, we have them.

So much for the 2nd Amendment.

It's a no brainer: my Constitutional rights are important, but I choose to forego this one - as long as it's my choice, [I could hang up the keys and get a {gulp} job], I can live with it.
