It did not go unseen, I saw the carrier you are referring to in another post that has already been moved or deleted. Instead of listing the carrier's name you should of wrote, the carrier I am referring to has the same initials of a HUGE tobacco company headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC. Anyone with a lick of sense will be able to figure it out. And you would of got your point thru without any of the paying advertisers or moderators on this site being able to say anything about it, because you never listed there name here directly.
Yes I am one of those crazy people that believe that this site should not have any PAID FOR ADVERTISING BY THE CARRIERS, it is a conflict of interest to do so, as we have seen over the past month or so.

Sure I'd be up for a new site...Who is going to pay for it? You going to charge those that post? You going to sell advertising?Better be careful someone might post something that could "T" off an advertiser and their goes that ad revenue. What happens when someone post something about a carrier that isn't ture, and said carrier decides to sue the owner of the site because he allowed the post to begin with? And for get disclaimers that as the site owner is responsible for the content and anything a poster puts on your site.

This site, just as many others, have to pay the bills and make a profit somehow. Just as we do. I know who advertises. I also have a responsiblity to do my own Due Diligence. I might, as others, be willing to pay a memebership but I think it would be very high if there was not advertising. Maybe they can sell E.O. stuff? Just a thought. This site is a business and I take advantage of it. I know it's good parts and limits. I like this site a lot. I accept the fact it is a FOR PROFIT business. I hope they continue to do well. I love how a few new members are ready to have us burned at the stake. Sheesh, you have no idea about the liability you are placing on yourself - don't read me the riot act - I know it by heart.
Really - if you have an issue with a deadbeat carrier - hire a lawyer. Join OOIDA. Take action. Get it done. We feel your frustration - we are just as outraged.
On the heroic measures of "warning" the masses - hey if they are members of EO....they know already...it's no secret that there are carriers who are failing. I just love how a new member with less than 40 posts jumps on and want to warn the world....and scorch us in the path.

I'm a "new" member to this site but I lurked for a while before jumping in to post. I have always really enjoyed this forum and waste a lot of my "off" time reading. The advertisements do not bother me and I rarely even pay attention to them.
As for "bad" carriers, everyone who is in this business knows there are bad apples among the lot and that there is a right way (legal) and a wrong way to deal with them. Rumor, gossip, slander, name-bashing, etc on a public forum is the wrong way, even if your "information" is correct. In this media it's simply hear-say and "he said/she said" which leaves the door wide open for unwanted legal ramifications.
Others on this forum definitely sympathize with those that are having unfortunate problems with their carrier and can understand the anger and frustration that goes along with those problems. To take your anger and frustration out on the admins of this site and bash them for following their policies is unwarranted. They are not the ones that you are really angry with, and it's a bit like cutting off your own nose to spite your face. It solves nothing.

I believe there are 3 golden Panthers, Auraria Panthera has 2 sister trucks that wear built at Stoops in Indy at the same time.
We wear in Newnan,Ga on Saturday.
There maybe a couple of M2s painted similarly as well.
I would always love to talk to anybody from our little club here.
