It looks like the right tail light is LED and the left one is regular. Is that true or just my imagination?

I think it's just an optical illusion.

I noticed that also it looks like led with clear back lens built in while left looks like just red tail light ? Strange

Just the way the picture was taken. They are both LED !!! Both have red lens'.

Yeah, I stood right next to that truck many times over two days, admiring it, how new and shiny it was, and then about an hour left in the show I noticed the city and state lettered on the side, and it finally dawned on me who's truck it was. That was embarrassing.
