Importing is pretty easy. Biggest pain is having to send the title to stupid CBP 72 hrs before crossing back to Canada.

Sure. As long as it’s used you can import it. I’ve done 5 vans and a few cars.

Quick vin number lookup checks out. It doesn't appear to be a salvage.
If it was a 2500 I'd get on the horn with these folks asap.
1-I don't like the narrower distance between the wheel wells.
2-I don't want 6 wheels on the ground.
Chasing heavier loads is not for me ....

Scott you are in the wrong business! You should open a Canadian auto import service. You also have much experience with mobile phones and mobile phone carriers. Your talents are wasted expediting. ;)

While you're down there, maybe you can educate Raul on how many cylinders this one actually has ...

I’d be all over it if
      1) It wasn’t a 3500
      2) It wasn’t a diesel
      3) It wasn’t a $printer

And I don’t like the color.
Other than that, looks like a great deal.

How do you know it was a he or a she? It's a mixed-up, muddled-up, shook-up world after all.

Stick, have you ever owned a $printer or is it simply a negative perception you have from afar?
The learning curve can be steep with $printers ... but once you've put half a million miles on one, you know the vehicle inside & out.
If there are some clean 07'-09' Sprinters out there with this mileage, I'd buy a couple of them.
Diesel? Yep, we all got the emissions figured out now ...

      Great observation.
      A perceived observation from afar.
I’ve read on here of people spending as much on repairs in a year on a $printer, as I spent in 600,000 on my class 8 Pete ( pre-emissions N-14)
Or my 2012 Volvo which in 600,000 only had a few thousand dollars in repairs.
I like to keep most of my money. Which is why I could never chance a $printer.
Maybe gamble on a nice used one if I ran local in Toledo. And that ain’t my style.
Congratulations on those that have been successful with them.
      What’s the secret ?
Edit . Besides a delete. Anyone legit doing OK ?

Secret? No secret. Where there's a will, there's a way.
IMO two of the biggest issues with Sprinters.
1 - It's not the product. It's the failure of service centers being able to accurately diagnose the problems.
2 - I think the emissions systems gave owners the biggest headaches. We took a product that engineers probably envisioned running 10-20K mi a year and started running 75-100K mi a year on them. We accelerated maintenance intervals and blew components up. Cost effective fix is to turn it into a pre-emissions van.

With a Sprinter diesel, best option is the delete. (Of course once it's out of warranty)
And man, is it a fun vehicle to drive once it can breath ....

So, no legit way to make it work.

I honestly believe I did better than most with my Volvo for 3 reasons
      1) NEVER idled
      2) Meticulous, by the book, Maintenance
      3) Not only was most stuff done by Volvo dealers, I was fortunate to usually use Volvo dealers I felt good about.
