We'll go over this again ... since it seems you are a little slow on being able to grasp the actual facts of that particular matter (among other things):

Trump wasn't blocked on Facebook and Twitter until several days after Jan 6th.

And incessantly whining that the MSM is ignoring him doesn't hold any water ... since he didn't issue a timely statement asking for violence to stop immediately for the MSM to ignore.

Once he finally did issue a statement it was carried by the MSM.

It will be up to Judge Mehta to decide whether the case moves forward, and if so on what basis ... and who all it includes.

Can't speak for others but I certainly don't want to memory hole it ... since it provides a great illustrative example of how people operating in bad faith can dishonestly talk out of both sides of their mouths, in an effort to provide plausible deniability for what they are really intending or hoping for.

There have probably been such charlatans and demagogues since time immemorial ... and with man being man, it's not likely they're going away anytime soon.

Consider how this "investigation" was conducted as opposed to this one in MN that involved an officer shooting an unarmed, non-threatening woman. He was convicted of manslaughter and the city of Minneapolis had to settle a $20M civil suit.

"Noor was also convicted of second-degree manslaughter in the death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond on July 15, 2017, and that verdict still stands...
If he's hit with a four-year manslaughter term, the former officer should be eligible for release after doing two-thirds of that time and walk free by late this year, Noor's appellate lawyer Peter Wold said.
Noor has been behind bars since he was convicted on April 30, 2019."
