The press is just spittin' bubbles over Trump referring to them as the Opposition Party. They're even more ticked off about that than the "shut up and listen," comment.

As the droning conversations went on and on about the "shut up" comment, more and more of the paid talking heads (contributors) conceded that it might not be a bad idea to introduce less opinion into the news stories. The press (CNN in particular) had their own paid contributors almost siding with Bannon on that one.

Then today Trump echoed Bannon saying the press was the Opposition Party, and the press went bonkers. Because it tears right through the heart of their integrity, honesty and impartiality. What's so funny is that Trump basically said the same thing that Wikileaks proved beyond any doubt. Trump offended the press. Deeply.

The comments under the Tweet are pretty brutal.

"Your biased thinking led you down the wrong path. I'm sure it's not the first time, but you should reflect on it."

"Mediocre at best, correspondent can only gossip like a school girl about petty nonsense."

"This isn't newsworthy, it's petty. He's working & you're worried about interior decorating?"

"Yup. ABC is Fake News."

"Just proves ABC is petty and childish."

(On a side note, did you know CNN's Jake Tapper's office is virtually wallpapered with campaign signs and posters from failed presidential campaigns? No winning campaigns, only the losing ones. From all of the losing candidates of the major parties since 1976. The only notable missing campaign is Hillary's. Not even a Post-it Note on that one. And isn't that interesting.)

This is a genuine

Headline: Countries where Trump does business are not hit by new travel restrictions

The article begins...
Bedwetters @ The Washington Post said:
The seven nations targeted for new visitation restrictions by President Trump on Friday all have something in common: They are places he does not appear to have any business interests.

The executive order he signed Friday bars all entry for the next 90 days by travelers from Syria, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia and Libya. Excluded from the lists are several majority-Muslim nations where the Trump Organization is active and which in some cases have also faced troublesome issues with terrorism.

It's worth reading the entire article. They try and frame it, as they will for the next 4-8 years, that Trump needs to sell all of his businesses (ideally, at as much of a discounted price and thus as much of a personal loss as possible, including putting his children out of work), but what they are really doing, inadvertently, is making a case to expand the travel restrictions to any and all countries with significant Muslim populations.

Morons.

You know what else those 7 countries have in common? None of them have a Cracker Barrel.

Might as well give the full context here.

Shortly after the attack police arrested two men. Police did not release their names, but local Quebec City media (CBC Radio One, and CBVT-DT - both of which are part of the state-owned CBC) cited police sources to identify them as a French Canadian and a Moroccan-born Quebecer. By midday on Monday, police had clarified that only one was a suspect, and they had released the other – who was now being treated as a witness – without charge. But the police didn't say which one was released and which one was still being held as the suspect. The same local media stated that the suspect in custody was the Moroccan-born man.

Then, Fox News sent out a tweet on Monday afternoon, shortly after the police clarification suggesting there was just one suspect in the attack who was of Moroccan origin, the same thing that the local Quebec City media had reported. "Suspect in Quebec mosque attack was of Moroccan origin, reports show." is the Tweet that Fox News sent out.

A couple of hours later when the state-owned media clarified things by telling everyone the suspect in custody was the French Canadian, Fox News shortly after that issued another Tweet with the same updated information. The problem was, they left the original, now outdated and incorrect Tweet alone, instead of deleting it or editing it. In a country where social justice, political correctness, and multiculturalism is actual official policy, Canada really had no choice but to make a big stink over it.

So it's not like Fox News just made it up, or Tweeted it out knowing it wasn't true, or did anything at all to mislead anyone.

Two years ago, CNN was, despite the whiny accusations of conservatives, by and large, relatively unbiased and impartial, and certainly not agendized. Now they're full-on left-wing agendized news. Two years ago Fox News didn't even pretend to be impartial, despite the whole "fair and balanced" dog and pony show. They were (and explicitly founded to be) conservative Republican agenda news. Now they're one of the more balanced news outlets on broadcast and cable. They're still biased, without question, but they're rapidly moving away from straight-up agendized news. I think a large part of it is the departure of Roger Ailes, and a large part of it is how the leaked DNC and Podesta emails showed just how hypocritical and partisan the mainstream media is, and not wanting to be painted with the other side of the same brush, it has forced them to clean up their partisan act a little bit. (I still can't handle those giggly hacks on the couch in the morning, though).

This is a pretty good illustration of the fake news media, and the libtards that lap it up.

Warning, adult language contained within. But it's hilarious.

I can almost give them a pass because they're a Dominican newspaper. Almost. But that's a pretty amateurish mistake to make.

One of my favorite fake news narratives is one that CNN just can't seem to let go of. The one where fake news cost Hillary the election. In order for that to have happened, people would need to trust the press. But they don't. People don't believe anything in the press, including the fake news.

And the other one that CNN just hammers... That Russia hacked the election for Trump. You know, the one where Hillary got 3 million more votes than Trump.

This week's SNL was very weak. Even Spicey was just more of the same and not very inventive. The only really funny thing in the whole show was in The People's Court sketch where the judge (Cecily Strong) said to Trump in desperate exacerbation, "You're doing too much. OK?! I want just ONE DAY without a CNN Alert that scares the Hell out of me!"
