I don't know why CNN continues to Tweet, anything, at all, ever. A quick cnn - Google Search gets you a results page of CNN's most recent top stories, then links to their site, and then a list of their recent Twitter feed. It doesn't matter what the topic of the tweet is, it will be inundated with responses of "CNN is FAKE NEWS" and a cornucopia of memes. Most of them pretty funny.

Does anybodu else think it's funny (and/or annoying) when people in the "conservative" media (they mostly all do it, but I'm looking at you Hannity) talk about Hillary and they bring up the deleted emails, they cannot do so without mentioning that she used BleachBit, as if that's in any way, shape or form even remotely important? They say "BleachBit" as if it's some gnarly, military-grade, digital shredder and incinerator. She must have been seriously serious, and probably paranoid, to use such a program!

It's a free and open-source disk cleaner, privacy manager and system opimizer. There are hundreds ot free utilities that do the same thing. One popular one is CC Cleaner. It deleted the browser cache, cookies, browsing history, temp files, log files, old files, and will wipe unused and deleted sectors from the hard drive by alterately writing and then erasing a succession of 0s and 1s to each sector.

When you delete a file, the file really isn't deleted. The directory is modified to show the sectors used by the deleted file are now free to be written to with new data. That's why when you delete a file, you can undelete it, as long as no new data has been written in those sectors. Even if some of the sectors have been overwritten, the sectors that have not been overwritten with new data can still be retrieved with any number of tools. BY writing 0s and 1s to each sector, deteting those 0s and 1s, then doing it again, usually repeated five times, you make it impossible to retrieve any data.

"She deleted 33,000 emails using BleachBit," isn't even accurate.

"She deleted 33,000 emails and then wiped the drive," is all you need to say. Sheesh.

Eric Bolling suspended (and will probably be fired) for sending pictures of his junk to various female colleagues, and for apparently being just an all around slimey lounge lizard.

But with this and the other suspensions, firings and assorted shakeups at Fox News over the last year, they've kept their viewers. And the Washington Post is not at all pleased about that.
Another Fox News scandal in the making? The viewers don’t seem to mind.

Meanwhile, a Chinese restaurant in China (or, as they call them in China, "a restaurant"), is now giving women discounts based on bra size. An A cup gets you a 5% discount while a G cups gets you a 65% discount. Men get no discount. Business is up 20 percent since the discount campaign started.

There is no truth to the rumors that Eric Bolling is behind this.

I hadn't heard previously when he did this until I read the article- several years. I thought he had just did it recently. I guess it doesn't matter. Stupid regardless and uh slimy.
Poof...the sound of his Fox career, book sales, and his senate ambitions going up in flames.

Looks like the NYT in their rush to damage Trump and his administration with a story didn't check things out thoroughly and their 'unnamed sources' (scientists)bit them in the arse as well.
Article snippet below. ( I emphasized a few parts. Bold and parenthesis)
The Daily Caller News Foundation pressed TheNYT on this, but reporter Lisa Friedman insisted the report was not publicly available.

After hours of criticism, TheNYT quietly switched copies of the climate report from a “third order draft” to a “fifth order draft,” which has not been made public and is under review by the White House.
(The NYT in damage control.)

Scientists familiar with both drafts said there was no substantive difference between them.
TheNYT formally issued a correction to its front page article Wednesday morning.

“It was uploaded to a nonprofit internet digital library in January but received little attention until it was published by The New York Times,” the corrected NYT article reads. The article still reports some scientists “were concerned that it would be suppressed” by Trump.

However, four unnamed co-authors of the draft climate report told the Associated Press that they “have not heard of or witnessed any attempt by the White House to suppress or censor the scientific document.”

“It was under the radar and we were fine about that,” one scientists told the AP.
(Ho hum, another fake new story)

None of those unnamed scientists worked on the report, which is typical (assuming even any of those scientists even exist).

Funny thing is, the majority of articles published by the NYT, WaPo and CNN, woudn't even pass muster for a Wikipedia page, because Wikipedia flat rejects "some say," "experts say," and "officials say," because unattributed accounts more often than not means "yep, just made it up." Qualifiers like "possibly," "could mean," and "likely" (among many other qualifiers) are all red flag BSers that mean the article is mostly crap.

Didja see the townhall with Algore where the mayor of that island that Trump talked to about rising sea levels that was consuming the island had a go at Mr Gore? Said he wasn't seeing the sea levels rise. Gore asked him what was causing the island to disappear, and the mayor said wind and wave erosion, same as has been going on since the island was discovered. Gore then said clearly a scientific explanation would do no good for him, and the mayor replied with the fact that he has a crab house out in the ocean just offshore (one of those built on stilts) and the sea level is exactly the same as it was when it was built in 1970.

Gore was basically reduced to saying that scientists say the sea level is rising in the Chespeake Bay, and therefore it most definitely is rising in the Chesapeake Bay, even though you're not seeing any evidence of that and know for certain it is not rising. Then Gore deflects to the sensational about what if it rose 2 feet (never mind the fact that it hasn't risen 2 inches). It's a real hoot. Behind Gore's eyes you can see him thinking, "Get this guy out of here. He's harshing my buzz."

This is becoming a trend, where news organizations conduct polls containing ridiculous questions designed to elicit ridiculous responses, for the sole purpose of reporting the ridiculousness of the respondents, and to draw conclusions and characterizations about the answers. Case in point, the Washington Post has concluded that Trump supporters have no problem in just doing away with the Constitution in certain circumstances. Which is ironic, since the left wants to do away with the same document in most circumstances.

Analysis | In a new poll, half of Republicans say they would support postponing the 2020 election if Trump proposed it

I would love to see the same news organization conduct a poll asking liberals if they would support Congress removing Trump from office and simply installing Hillary in his place.

Oh, incidentally, whenever you see a headline that begins with "Analysis" you can be assured that whatever follows is complete and total crap.

Another one that I've noticed, with the NYT especially, and to some degree the WaPo and CNN, the terms "the right" and "conservatives" no longer exist in most contexts. It's now just straight up "the alt-right" when talking about anyone who is not in the mainstream.

CNN doesn't have a probem with any of its show hosts or paid commentators referring to Trump as Hitler (or any of the other standard go-to fascists), but if you call out the literally fascist behavior and comments of the Progressive Liberal CEO of Media Matters by Tweeting "Seig Heil!" that's crossing the line and you get your contract cancelled.
