It actually could work quite well if the airlines with the 'child' planes have activity area's and such like, the children wouldn't feel confined, they would be able to interact with each other and the parents might even get more of enjoyable flight themselves.

As for rounding the varmits up (I like that too LOL) parents have to be on the same plane as the children .... its not a day care centre ROFL
