Products from China

My future daughter-in-law sent this link to me this morning. It's about a woman that bought a pair of flip flops from Walmart. The pictures are kinda of gross, but it's interesting the "response" she got from the company.
I'm beginning to think like a conspiracy theorist (YIKES) All these products from China that are now being tested and found to be hazardous to our health.

That does make you wonder. I don't buy anything from China if there's an alternative to be had. I look for USA products but they are becoming harder and harder to find.

Some "made in the U.S.A." labels for U.S.A. products are made in China. Pappy and the Ole COlonel probably remember the the Made in USA (pronounced oosah) labels shortly after WWII. The Japanese named a post war industrial area USA and sent their trinkets, chatchkis and toys our way. Didn't fool many folks back then.
