since we a re all eating rather irregulary and not necessarily eating what is best for us this is not a bad thought but let me push the envelope one step further.

squeeze 1 lemon into a glass, add a littler water(NO SUGAR) and drink. the lemon will help move food from the nether regions out to the water below. this done daily will help improve our health. usually within 30 minutes.
