You know after chasing my cats around for a while, it dawned on me that if McLean was a trooper, he would have known the difference of allegedly and admitting guilt and what maritime issues caused their $25k fine.

By the way, does this mean that because FedEx lost a major court case, they are a mismanaged bunch of Fill In the Blank ?

I don't know, I will give him the benefit of a doubt - not like some of you but just some.......

So I understand from his most recent thread that he is now leaving us......again. I guess he didn't want to answer my question concerning his failed McClain Logistics. He's crying about not being paid, and yet he closed the doors of a brokerage last, and his time ever since then, evading his creditors. Basically carriers that he never bothered to pay. And then he has the gall to tell the Colonel that he's paid all of his bills on time. Hmmm....

Gross mismanagement, questionable history, a complete and total lack or morals and ethics, and a disregard for the rules is a very big deal with him.

Actually ,it's have more to do with nature itself .
Cows can only see black & white , there for , the direction of the sun , and the shade , make them think the grass is bigger .
it's also have a lot to do with wind direction - many animals will face down wind , to avoid wind on the face .
that's why dogs with pointed ears ,will always face back , when riding on the back of a PU truck.
in cold Temp. it's help keeping buddy warm.
the wind also carry the Invader smell , so the animal can watch one way and smell the other way .

Every dog I've ever had stuck their face out the window, face front, and if in a pickup, stuck their face over the side looking towards the front. Every single one of them.

With cows, you can go out there and physically change the direction of a few of them, and before too long all those around them will be facing in the same direction. Cows are stupid. Ever been cow tipping?
