Could be as simple of a vindictive dispatcher who hates to have his/her loads turned down. A lot of things go on that aren't Panther policy... doesn't mean it doesn't happen. For all I know, it could've been a mistake. But two ppl saying it happened makes me think it could have.

I'm definitely not saying it does not happen. What happens is that there is a numerical menu of refusal reason items to chose from after the driver refuses. It's not hard to typo the wrong selection. Some are so quick with the typing that they do not realize what they had done.

IS BUYING OUT BOLT.BUT I GUESS WE WILL JUST HAVE TO SEE.

Well I don't know frog but I can say this......
I AM A SUCCESSFULL EXPEDITOR, I DON'T WORK FOR THE CAT, NEVER DID AND AFTER SCOTTS WARM AND FUZZY NEVER WILL.
I can't stand the thought of my future being in his hands or in the hands of someone like him.
We work like we own the business and we work hard, never late, never a claim nor do we ever fail to exceed the customers expectations.
The customer is our business, without them we are nothing, without us the Scotts are nothing...The Scotts on my end are professional, courteous and operative just like the support group back at the Conway and in that may we all strive to be the "perfect ambassador's of freight".
Lest I be the ambassador of JB Hunt

This response would have been better: We,at Panther,are experiencing some short term "growth situations".We will do every thing in our power to make your transition as smooth as possible.We want to,and will make your experience at Panther a"Great One" Thanks,Panther This was my 2 cents worth,also i dont run for Panther or Conway

Then I would have no issues with you according to your disposition. You do not know me nor do I know you. Don't make assumptions of how I run operations on my shift. If you're not a problem child you'd not hear from me. I simply do not kiss one's ##### to achieve success. It's a team,you do your part,I do mine and we co-exist happily ever after. I have many a sucessful driver in my hands during my shift. Like I said, you don't know me, you don't work with me so please keep your .02 and I'll give you change :)

We didn't know we bought Conway till the morning it happened. Hard to lie about something we had no idea of.:D

You know what the best thing for panther is that if you are signed on with them now and not happy then just leave.

Those that aren't with panther then stop putting them down for something you know nothing about.

I have turned down a lot of loads and never been put out of service because of that. I am out of service right now because I decided to lay down and get a little sleep and woke up 10hrs later and had a load of which I sleep thourgh the pickup that was my mistake not panthers.

Never had I ever had any trouble getting anything from them. I broke down one time and was not under load and I called and they put all the money that I needed to get back on the road again no questions asked.

I am not a big fleet owner just one van but I do know that panther does take care of there own. Sure there are some dispatchers that really don't have a clue as to what they are doing but they are there for a job when you need somthing done dispatcher can't help you but if you ask you can find someone there that can help.

And going back who told me you had little to do with owners and drivers was Patrick R in recruiting not sure last name spelling so not going to butcher it then affirmed when I talked to Jeff St. Pierre before I agreed to have my contract transferred to panther that’s where I got my info are you saying they are lying or that I am just ask them both. Was told by Sean Kessler you are now a costumer rep isn’t that scary?

Man, do you have your facts all screwed up...wayyyyy screwed up to say the least. As far as me being a CSR, Sean must have been talking about the other Scott whom is a CSR. This is exactly what I'm talking about...people who are talking out their you know what. Good ole Alvin,you are still the same ole same ole. I answered over 6000 driver messages in August...doesn't sound like I have anything to do with drivers',lol!!! I also receive several calls a day from fleet owners as well. Again, no dealings with drivers/owners.

Well I was misinformed and we would not be having this discussion at all because I would of gone on my own way long time ago! you can ask I did inquire if I was going to have to deal with you and was told no you now had little or no contact with owners and drivers. Serious that was a biggy on me returning because you’re a total power hungry jerk that gets his kicks from picking on drivers.
One thing though your old game of 32 qc messages over 3 hrs span to get a board position had prompted a new more efficient way of us getting that info. It wasn’t just me that got that game either was good share of the fleet and happened a lot especially when it was slow you even admitted that it was just your way of having a little fun.
Fun at our expense, when we unload we need that info if we have drive time left because can move to a different market then take our break and then be 1st or 2nd out instead of maybe 8th. But still like I said you keep proving that you’re a jerk and people will know ahead of time what they are getting in to when they chose panther!
There’s one person I know is 100% not on any ones bad side at panther and even he has had altercations with you in the past so don’t give me that you don’t have problems with 95% of us. Told him about the site so if he decides to jump in here he will.

Scott/Scootr the more you say about this the more you make everyone's POINT.I don't know you and now I hope I never do,You are suppose the help with problems but now your calling PPL baby's,And keep their mouths shut,Whats up with THAT Mr.Operations MAN????? :( :( :( :( :(

That’s how he is at panther also this is what I’m talking about and he don’t think any one but 5% has a problem with it.

he of course must have a few he gets along with but over all.
have not heard any one personally that does, even other panther employees tell me hes a total I’m going to replace what they say with jerk
