If you read the quote and watch the video he is talking about how the people running Wall Street sees Obama not him self and of course every time a white man says or does something somebody wants to start crying racism how about little boy as in Obama acts like a child you know a kid also known as a little boy since he is a male

I read the quote and watched the video and yes i understand he was referencing the Wall St Bankers think...but point was that not all use of the word "boy" when talking about barry is racist as has been pointed out to several posters here who use the word...that is why I made sure to point out that ratigan use the word "Little" also...
