Next time, during daylight, walk about 50 feet in front of his van and take a picture. Or get out paper and get out and at least act like you write his tag number down. Some creeps are less creepy if they think you are less of a target.
OR get a pistol and a gun cleaning kit out and make it obvious what you're doing. Problem solved!!
