Two things;

did you give them your email address?

is there an opt out link in the email?

If there is a no to either of these questions, write to them telling them you want your email address removed from their list.

If your going to drive a Van for Fed Ex you may want to get a Gym membership. In a Craigs List add for Springfield, Mo. There is an add for a driver for a Fed Ex Van "must be able to lift 250 lbs" I responded I would be interested but would be unable to lift 250 lbs. There was no response from Add poster.
