Where are the news stories and/or press releases where he made any statements about cash welfare? There aren't any. This is a year-old video that was reposted because this guy needs hits on his Web site and YouTube videos.

The government thinks they are all Robin Hood, robbing from the rich to give to the poor. Only problem is that Robin Hood, was a thief!! People should have to WORK if receiving public assistance. No if's and's or buts about it. ONLY those who NEED welfare, like those that are too sick, should bet helped without strings. Children, but the parents have to work. NO extra money for kids conceived AFTER the parents are feeding off the public teat.

That is correct. The higher the level of government providing the "care" the more likely the system will be corrupt and NOT provide the service in a reasonable way.
